The main function of the equipment is to squeeze large metal materials and large-diameter drums that are inconvenient to transport through the shear of the car shredder, and shred them into sheet materials that meet the requirements. Working principle

The materials enter the shredding box through the feeding system, and the shredding blade and metal shredder are carried on the box. The materials are shredded into small pieces by the combined effects of shredding blades torn, squeezed, and sheared and discharged from the lower part of the box.

Daily inspection work content

1. Whether the shredder equipment is complete, and whether the safety accessories and auxiliary devices are complete and in good condition.

2. Whether there is dust, liquid, grease, material and obvious corrosion on the surface of the shredder equipment.

3. Whether the connection of each part of the shredder is tight and not loose.

4. Whether the vibration and noise of the shredder equipment is normal.

5. Whether the seal leakage of the shredder equipment and accessory devices meet the requirements, and whether the pipeline and accessories are running, leaking, dripping, or leaking.

6. Whether the pipelines are laid neatly, connected firmly, whether they are tied with iron wires and ropes, and whether the redundant pipelines are removed in time.

7. Whether the markings of the shredder equipment and pipelines are obvious and clear, and whether the coloring meets the requirements.

8. Whether the shredder equipment and pipeline insulation layer are completely clean.
