Working principle of drum dryer

The inclination of the feeding pipe should be greater than the natural inclination of the material so that the material can flow smoothly into the dryer. The heat carrier enters from the lower end and contacts the material in a countercurrent flow. There is also a co-current flow of the heat carrier and the material into the cylinder. With the rotation of the cylinder, the material moves to the lower end by gravity. The copy board on the inner wall of the cylinder picks up and scatters the materials, which increases the contact surface between the materials and the airflow, so as to increase the drying rate and promote the advancement of the materials.
