The replacement process of dual shaft shredder reducer
 
Step1: confirm whether the motor and reducer are in good condition before installation, and strictly check whether all parts connecting the motor and reducer are matched. The following are the dimensions and fit tolerances for the motor locating boss, input shaft and reducer slot.
 
Step2:screw out the screw on the dust hole on the outer side of the reducer flange, adjust the PCS system clamping ring so that its side hole is aligned with the dust hole, and screw in the inner hexagon to tighten. Later, remove the motor shaft key.
 
Step 3: connect the motor and reducer naturally. When connecting, make sure that the output shaft of the reducer is concentric with the input shaft of the motor, and that the outer flanges of the two are parallel. If the centrality is not the same, the motor shaft will be broken or the reducer gear will be worn.
 
 
Daily maintenance of dual shaft shredder reducer:
 
1.Whether the fastening reliability of each fastener and the wiring of the oil supply pump are correct;
 
2. Whether the coupling guard, grounding wire and other protective devices are installed properly;
 
3.Check the cleanliness of lubricating oil once a month, and replace it in time if it is dirty or deteriorated;
 
4.The lubricating oil shall be changed once after the reducer has been running for 300 hours;
 
5.Clean the vent cap and oil station filter once a month to remove the sundries in the filter;
 
6.Check whether the connecting bolts between the motor and the reducer are tight every month;
 
7.Check whether the connecting bolts between the motor and the reducer are tight every month;
 
8. Check whether the oil level, oil temperature and oil pressure are normal every day.
