1. The aluminum shredder is fixed and should be fixed on the cement foundation. If the work location is changed frequently, the aluminum shredder and the motor are to be mounted on a base made of angle iron. If the shredder is powered by a diesel engine, the power of the two should be matched, that is, the power of the diesel engine is slightly larger than the power of the aluminum shredder, and the pulley grooves of the two are consistent. The outer end faces of the pulleys should be on the same plane.

2. Before starting the machine, it is necessary to check whether the link bolts of each part of the aluminum shredder unit are tight, whether the tension of the transmission belt is appropriate,whether the power cord is good, and whether the motor shafts are parallel.

3. Check if the hammer is good, whether the hole diameter of the sieve is suitable, and whether it is damaged. Drag the belt by hand to check whether the spindle rotation is flexible, with or without card, bump and friction.

4. After starting the machine, first idle the device for 2-3 minutes to check if the rotor is turning correctly and the sound is normal. It can only work if it is rotated smoothly at the rated speed.

5. Attention should be paid to the operation of the crusher at all times during the work. The feeding should be uniform to prevent the feed port from being blocked and not to be overloaded for a long time. If vibration, noise, high temperature of the bearing and the body, and external spraying are found, stop the machine immediately and continue working after troubleshooting.
