Industrial shredder structure and working principle
The servo press is mainly composed of ball screw, slider, shaft, shell, force sensor, tooth-shaped synchronous transmission (except precision series), servo motor (brushless DC motor), as shown in Fig. 1.
Servo motor is the driving device of the whole servo press. The analytic encoder of the motor can produce digital signal with resolution as high as 0.1 micron. It has high precision, fast measuring speed and is suitable for large axial speed.
Strain force transducer is used to measure resistance by static elastic deformation. It has the advantages of good stability, low cost, wide application range and simple operation.
Ball screw and tooth synchronous transmission device are all used to complete the transmission from servo motor to pressing shaft, which is characterized by stable structure, high precision and low failure rate.
Industrial shredder press mounting process requirements
The pressure fit of the valve seat is relatively high, and the corresponding pressure requirement is very high. If the pressure loading force is too small, the seat ring can not be pressed to the bottom of the seat ring hole, resulting in the gap between the seat ring and the seat ring hole, leading to the seat ring falling in the long-term operation of the engine. If the pressure loading force is too large, the valve seat ring edge will collapse and even cracks in the cylinder head, which will lead to the engine life greatly reduced.

4 advantages and disadvantages of servo press
The advantages of servo press are as follows:
1) high precision indentation depth and indentation force control can be achieved.
2) adjustment is convenient - it can be adjusted at any time by controlling the depth of entry.
3) small volume - the hydraulic system of the traditional press is eliminated, and the volume of the equipment is obviously reduced.
4) low energy consumption no longer need to be equipped with a larger energy consumption hydraulic system, and the transmission efficiency is also improved.
The disadvantages of servo press are as follows:
1) the control system is complex and the technology is relatively difficult to master.
2) the one-time investment cost of equipment is high.
3) the actual application of the press is semi closed loop control, control accuracy still has room for improvement.
