When the iron blocks enter the crushing cavity of metal shredder, the tension spring of the outer ring of metal shredder allows the adjusting sleeve and the supporting sleeve to be raised to prevent damage to metal shredder. After the iron block passes through the crushing chamber, the tension spring immediately adjusts the adjusting sleeve and the support sleeve to return to the normal working direction. Sometimes the iron is too large, it will be stuck in the broken board, resulting in metal shredder smoldering.
When the iron block is stuck between the crushing wall and the rolling mortar wall, the supporting sleeve should be restrained to increase the pressure of the tension spring fixed on the frame. The effect of the spring force on the support sleeve and the adjusting sleeve makes the iron cleaning operation very risky, as the high pressure spring group has the tendency to return the bearing sleeve to its original position on the rack during the process of iron cleaning.
For metal shredder, cleaning the iron in the crushing chamber is the most dangerous job. Eliminating the choking iron with incorrect methods may cause serious personal accidents. So, these are very demanding. Compared with the conventional method, the hydraulic cavity cleaning system will greatly reduce the time of reckoning and save manpower. Since the system can remove iron safely, we recommend this method.
