2. It can be supplied only after the machine is running normally. The supply must be uniform to prevent hard iron from mixing. The supply must be stopped before the machine is shut down. After the machine stopped working, the material broke and the power supply was cut off.
3. After the discharge port is checked or adjusted, the rotor and other parts can be manually rotated to avoid friction and shaking, so that the motor can rotate flexibly before starting.
4. Be sure to check whether the enclosure sealing strip is clean and tidy. Bearing grease needs to be changed monthly, and it feels like it needs to be changed every 3 months.
5. When checking whether the fasteners are loose, mainly check the screws of the hammers on both sides of the rotor to prevent them from being pressed down. Both ends of the hammer exposed the rotor, hit the car body and damaged mechanical parts.
6. In order to ensure the safety of workers and equipment, maintenance, adjustment and cleaning are prohibited during the operation of the dual shaft shredder.
7. The size of the crushed product is too large. Please stop the mechanical inspection of the wear state of the blow bar to prevent the rotor from wearing.
8. If the hammer needs to be used repeatedly at 180 degrees due to wear, the weight of each hammer must be kept in balance to avoid vibration after the machine is started.
