Working principle of sand making machine

Sand making machine consists of seven parts: feed, distributor, vortex crushing chamber, impeller experience, spindle assembly, base drive device and motor.

The material falls into the feed hopper, enters the rotor of high speed rotation through the central feed hole, and then it is fully accelerated and thrown out through the launching port. Firstly, it impacts with a part of the material falling freely after rebound, then it impacts on the vortex material lining (or counter block) in the surrounding vortex cavity, and then bounces back to the top of the crushing cavity, then turns to the downward motion, and then it is launched from the impeller channel. The material impact forms a continuous material curtain, and finally is discharged through the lower discharge port.

During the whole crushing process, the materials are impacted and broken by themselves, not directly contacting with metal elements, but are smashed by impact and friction with the material lining, which reduces pollution and prolongs the mechanical wear time. In addition, the smart air flow inside the vortex chamber circulates itself, eliminating dust pollution.

Performance characteristics

1. Sand making and shaping: the impeller cavity is deep, the stone throughput is increased by 30%, the output is large, and the shaping effect is certain. The finished sand has good grain shape, reasonable gradation and adjustable fineness modulus;

2. Durable and simple maintenance: the core parts are elaborately made and more durable, with a life extension of 1.5-3 times. At the same time, the hydraulic cover can be opened, which is more convenient for users to view and repair, and the daily maintenance is simple;
