5. The bearing slide of the moving roller should be cleaned frequently to remove dust and miscellaneous materials, and prevent the material from entering the moving roller and cannot move and cause an accident.
6. When the power is suddenly cut off, the power of the motor must be disconnected first. The shredder is operated to prevent sudden accidents. The unshredded material in the shredder is then removed to prevent the shredder from cutting off the safety pin due to excessive load during startup.
7. It is found that the power supply should be cut off immediately after the safety pin is cut off to prevent the large pulley from being idle for too long on the sleeve, resulting in excessive wear of the mating surface or even a shaft hung phenomenon and other accidents.
