There are three kinds of finished products produced from waste tires: rubber block, rubber particle and rubber powder. Here we talk about the use of these three kinds of finished products:

Rubber block: Mainly used for refining (but now under strict environmental control, the production process of serious pollution in refining is clearly no longer prospects) or reprocessing.

Colloidal particles: mainly used for plastic runway and rubber floor tiles.

The special black rubber particles for plastic runway are mainly used for laying various floors or making rubber floor tiles. This kind of floor requires moderate elasticity, anti-skid, good permeability, wear resistance, flame retardant, anti-corrosion and so on. Therefore, the requirements for rubber particles are: multi-edged, multi-faceted, irregular, uniform particles, fiber, dust and other impurities within one percent of the control. At present, most of the raw materials of black rubber particles on the market are automobile inner tube, gasket, pure waste rubber, cable leather, tourism soles, etc. In recent years, due to the shortage of raw materials, the automobile tire has been incorporated into the raw material range of rubber particles. But because there are wire and fiber layers in the outer tyre of the car, these impurities must be separated before production. Some manufacturers in the separation of the outer tire steel wire layer, the use of rolling method, the steel wire adhesive rubber layer rolled out. Although this method can separate the rubber more cleanly and reduce the waste of rubber materials, but the rubber particles can not meet the requirements of laying resistance. Because the rubber after rolling changes its original elasticity, the rubber inside after rolling because of the rebound appeared air holes. Because of the formation of these pores, the crushed rubber can not form a multi prismatic and multi-faceted shape. When laying the ground, and because of the liquid adhesive, making these pores completely closed, can not maintain the elasticity of the application, so that the auxiliary ground can not meet the requirements.
