The second step: screw down the screws on the outer side of the flange of the reducer flange, adjust the clamping ring of the PCS system, make the side holes aligned with the dustproof holes, and insert them into the six corners to tighten. After that, take the shaft key of the motor.

 

The third step: connect the motor and the reducer naturally. When connecting, it is necessary to ensure that the output shaft of the reducer is in accord with the concentricity of the motor input shaft, and the two outer flanges are parallel. As the heart is not consistent, it will cause the motor shaft to break or gear reducer wear.

 

Because of the long-term high temperature operation of double shaft shredder, especially in summer high temperature operation and long time work, double shaft shredder will generate a lot of heat. It is essential to carry out maintenance of various components.
