1. Raymond milling process: When working, add the material to be crushed into the machine from the hopper on the side of the machine casing.Relying on the grinding roller device suspended on the plum blossom frame of the main engine, it revolves around the vertical axis,

It enters the grinding chamber for regrind, and the fineness meets the specifications and enters the cyclone collector with the wind flow. After being collected, it is discharged through the powder outlet, which is the finished product. The wind flows back into the fan from the return duct at the upper end of the cyclone collector. The wind path is cyclic and flows under negative pressure.The increased air volume of the circulating air path is discharged through the exhaust gas pipe between the fan and the main engine, and enters the small cyclone collector for purification treatment.
