The sand making machine is an important equipment component of the sand production line. This article mainly describes the workflow of the sand making machine.
The sand making machine uses advanced selective crushing and cleavage and crushing principles ,which directly applys sufficient kinetic energy to the material ,converts the kinetic energy into impacts to overcome the crushing energy required by the material. The material basically breaks along its natural texture surface and cleavage surface, and the grain shape is good and its consumption is low.
The material falls into the feeding hopper, enters the high-speed rotating wheel through the center feeding hole, and is rapidly accelerated in the wheel. The acceleration can reach tens of times the gravity acceleration, and then the high-speed is injected from the wheel, first and freely after rebounding. Another part of the falling material collides and then impacts on the material lining (stone) or the counter-attack (stone), which is rebounded obliquely upward to the top of the vortex chamber, changing its direction of movement, and deflecting downward. It also collides with the material emitted from the impeller flow path to form a continuous material curtain. In this way, a piece of material is subjected to two to many impacts, friction and grinding and crushing in the vortex breaking chamber. The broken material is discharged from the lower discharge opening.
