The correct ore feeding condition is: the ore is evenly dispersed in the crushing chamber through the distribution plate, and the ore to be fed cannot be higher than the level of the rolled wall.
(2) The ore size of the crusher is ≤85% to the size of the mine mouth, otherwise it will lead to: the reduction of the crusher output and the damage of some parts of the cone crusher.
(3) The crusher is not allowed to start the load, and the load start will cause an accident.
(4) When parking, it is necessary to stop the mining machine first, and let the crusher stop after the ore that has entered the crushing chamber is broken and discharged.
(5) When the crusher is working, the pressure of the locking system and the working condition of the hydraulic station should be checked frequently, and the problems should be dealt with in time.
2. Replacement of cone crushing wall
The conical fracture wall is fixed on the conical body with a conical head. The zinc alloy is cast between the two. After 6-8 hours of new or newly replaced conical fracture wall, the fastening condition should be checked and found to be loose immediately. Fasten.
3. Gear meshing
Because the friction causes the disc to wear, which affects the change of the gear gap, in order to ensure the normal meshing of the gear, it is necessary to add a gasket on the bottom cover, and the thickness of the gasket should be equal to the wear amount of the circular plate.
4. Bowl bearing and sealing device
When installing the bowl-shaped bearing, be careful not to damage the oil slinger (supported by hardwood or the like between the ropes).
During assembly, the supporting spherical surface shall be scraped to ensure that the crushing cone and the bowl-shaped mutual spherical surface are in contact with the inner ring in the outer circle to ensure an annular gap of 0.35-0.5 mm.
The bowl-shaped bearing bush is fixed on the bowl-shaped bearing frame by the locking bolt of the surrounding bain alloy to prevent the bowl-shaped bearing bush from rotating along the circumference.
The bowl-shaped bearing frame and the frame body are fixed with keys (pins). If there is a gap between the bowl-shaped bearing frame and the frame body, it needs to be processed immediately.
5. The cylindrical bushing and the frame are the third transition fit. In order to prevent the rotation of the bushing, the zinc alloy is injected into the upper groove of the bushing. When replacing the new bushing, it should be prepared according to the actual size of the frame, because After a long period of work and loading and unloading, the crusher will inevitably lead to a change in the coordination relationship. If the gap is too large, the bushing will be broken.
6. Spring
The function of the spring is to protect the crusher from damage when the crusher enters the unbreakable material, so the pressure of the spring is compatible with the crushing force of the crusher. When the crusher is in normal working, the spring is not moving, only in the crushing chamber. When the iron block is dropped into the iron block, the support sleeve is lifted when the crusher is overloaded, and the spring is compressed.
7. The exposed part of the machine should be covered with a protective cover, but the protective cover is provided by the user.
